This is an independent, commission-based role with an attractive revenue share structure that rewards initiative and performance.
Your Role
- Prospect and connect with new enterprise and SMB clients.
- Pitch MadPixel’s consulting and staffing services.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, staffing, or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of closing deals or hitting sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required.
Compensation
- Commission-based earnings + ongoing revenue share from your clients.
- No fixed salary. The more you sell, the more you earn.
