Role Description
This is a remote role for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect for a customer located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions and overseeing their integration with existing systems. The role will also involve creating architectural designs, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing the technical aspects of related projects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Software Development and System Integration
- Skilled in Project Management, with the ability to manage technical project workflows effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in solution, integration, or functional architecture.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (international equivalencies accepted).
- Solid experience in governance, security, and automation practices.
- Professional French required
