At MadPixel IT Solutions Inc., we’re on a mission to connect businesses with top-tier digital and IT talent. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth — helping companies solve their staffing challenges while building long-term client partnerships.

This is an independent, commission-based role with an attractive revenue share structure that rewards initiative and performance.

Your Role

  • Prospect and connect with new enterprise and SMB clients.
  • Pitch MadPixel’s consulting and staffing services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, staffing, or IT consulting.
  • Proven track record of closing deals or hitting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • Commission-based earnings + ongoing revenue share from your clients.
  • No fixed salary. The more you sell, the more you earn.
