By accessing or using madpixel.ca and related MadPixel websites (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
MadPixel provides IT consulting, staff augmentation, and related technology services. The Site is informational and may include contact forms, career applications, and marketing content. These Terms govern Site use only. Separate written agreements govern paid consulting, staffing, and project engagements.
2. Informational content — no warranty as advice
Content on the Site (blog posts, service descriptions, case-style examples) is general information, not legal, financial, security, or architecture advice for your specific environment. Engage MadPixel under a signed statement of work (SOW) or master services agreement before relying on us for delivery.

Site text, branding, logos, graphics, and layout are owned by MadPixel or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse Site content without prior written consent, except for fair dealing / fair use as allowed by law. Trademarks of third parties (e.g. AWS, Azure, ServiceNow) belong to their owners; mention does not imply endorsement unless stated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attack, probe, or overload the Site; attempt unauthorized access; or introduce malware.
- Scrape the Site in a way that harms performance or violates robots rules / applicable law.
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through forms.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with MadPixel.
We may suspend access or remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Third-party links and tools
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MADPIXEL AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM SITE USE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR SITE-RELATED CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations apply only to the extent allowed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer rights).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MadPixel harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts of Québec (district of Montréal or Laval, as applicable) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.

7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY QUÉBEC AND CANADIAN LAW, MADPIXEL DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
If you submit a contact form, project intake, résumé, or application:
- You confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
- You authorize us to process it as described in our Privacy Policy and, for consultant applications, our Applicant & Consultant Terms.
